Hard to search as categories are not available especially if you are not sure of what acts / shows / concerts are on sale. Can definitely be improved!

waaay to much info for registration. not even iphone5 screen size compat..

I have an iPhone 5s and tried buying tickets. During my account registration it gives me an error code 0000 due to an invalid postal code (Im pretty sure the six digit code is not invalid...its my home address). I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it still fails. First time using it and this was my experience. Sad.

They really shouldnt have bothered with this. Impossible to navigate, hard to find anything or search by category, difficult to browse. Dont bother.

Why the developer needs background app refresh on is mystifying to me. What I’d like is an app that stores e-tickets. Since I can’t log in, that’s clearly not going to happen.

If you don’t use MasterCard, you’re out of luck. You’ll be stuck in a loop when you’re trying to check out with their alternative to MasterCard. It’s better to just not use the app. If you use MasterCard, then it should be easy in theory. I won’t know because of the terrible implementation.
